I’m all about purpose.

My passion is to make the world a better place, it is what fuels me to creatively build bridges for each generation to Dream Big as they step into their purpose—without limits. It brings my heart great delight to create safe spaces that cultivate a mindset where healing, restoration, and transformation flourish. 

The journey so far has been nothing short of amazing! Each year I gain more insight, knowledge and energy to make my dreams and the dreams of others a realization.

Established in 2015, Michele Okimura Consulting has increased my capacity to live my purpose through the power of the pen. To-date several publications have been released, all focused on guiding us to pursuing our dreams and living to our fullest potential. Dancing with Father, and the Dream Big Journals. Upon the launch of the Dream Big Journal, I have traveled throughout Hawaii and the US, presenting the Dream Big message at schools, conferences, and community organizations with the addition of retreats beginning summer 2024.

Founding Releasing Generations and serving as the Executive Director has been a great privilege as we work to elevate the local Hawaiian community as well as global leaders to Dream Big through lectures, workshops, and interactive, creative sessions. Community engagement led to the development and release of new Brave Series, a powerful curriculum for teenagers  to grow in purpose and leadership skills and to prevent exploitation. 

Together my husband Rob and I pastored Lifespring Church in Honolulu, Hawaii for 23 years. We share our lives with two adult children, Aaron and Jessica. After 14 years as an elementary school teacher, I still love to express myself through creative endeavors and to constantly dream bigger. 

It is my hope to engage each generation in understanding their value and purpose and enabling them to thrive in life and relationships. In addition, I pray they boldly pursue their dreams of making a difference.
