Transform Our World - Thirteen years inside a global transformation network

The Organization

Transform Our World is a global network founded and led by Dr. Ed Silvoso, gathering Christian leaders around the conviction that the gospel is meant to change cities, marketplaces, and nations along with individual lives. It works through regional chapters, each one a standing table for the leaders of a particular place. The Hawaiʻi chapter is that table for the islands.

The Engagement

Michele has been a dedicated, active member of the Transform Our World (TOW) global network since 2013, a commitment spanning over thirteen years. Her involvement ranges from foundational local leadership to significant global contributions:

Local Leadership: In Hawaiʻi, she meets weekly with a large group of marketplace and church leaders and has served as the main speaker at multiple local TOW events across the islands. The TOW Hawaiʻi network includes a few thousand followers.

Global Platform: On the global stage, Michele has delivered short keynotes at three or four international TOW conferences and led specialized workshops. At one of these global events, she partnered with another teacher to successfully build and run the entire children's program.

Direct Partnership: She maintains an ongoing relationship with Ed Silvoso. He highlights Michele in his book, Ekklesia, introducing her to the network's global readership, and provided an endorsement for her book, The Birth of Explicit Movement.

The Outcome

Transform Our World Hawaiʻi is a major supporter of Releasing Generations, ensuring that the partnership champions both the ministry and its broader message. Additionally, the growing group of marketplace and church leaders who gather at Transform Our World Hawaiʻi's weekly table is deeply passionate about bringing positive change to Hawaiʻi and beyond.
