The Organization
The Foursquare Church is a global Pentecostal denomination, and Foursquare Missions International (FMI) serves as its dedicated arm for sending and supporting workers around the world. For Michele, this relationship goes far beyond a typical client engagement. She has been actively attending Foursquare since 1992 and is a credentialed Foursquare pastor herself, making this work deeply personal and foundational to her ministry.
The Engagement
District Leadership: The Hawaiʻi Foursquare district, led by District Supervisor Pastor Sheldon Lacsina, is a strong, ongoing supporter of Releasing Generations.
Keynote Speaking: In recent years, Michele has served as an invited speaker and workshop leader at district regional leadership conferences, including the Hawaiʻi District Leaders Conference in October 2023.
Global & Native Outreach: She delivered keynote addresses at the Arise Native American Camp gathering in Montana during the summers of 2023 and 2026. Additionally, she hosted a booth at the larger global Foursquare gathering, putting her valuable resources directly in front of denominational leaders from around the world.
Missions Collaboration: Within the missions arm, Michele's closest working relationship is with Kihāpiʻilani Pimental, Worker Supervisor for Foursquare Missions International. A Native Hawaiian leader with global reach who oversees FMI, Pastor Pimental was present for her sessions in Montana.
Curriculum Contributors: Expanding the reach of the ministry, several Foursquare pastors have contributed articles to the Brave Series, including:

The Outcome
Michele's teaching continues to bring profound, practical transformation to Foursquare leaders, missionaries, and congregations.
