She Leads America is a rapidly expanding, global network founded and led by Liz Doyle. The organization is dedicated to connecting, celebrating, and empowering Christian women leaders who are making a profound, positive difference in their communities, both across the nation and around the world.
The Engagement
A Divine Connection: In May, Michele had an inspiring and wonderful meeting with founder Liz Doyle, which laid the groundwork for an exciting new partnership.
State Leadership: Michele officially accepted the invitation to become the Hawaiʻi State Representative for She Leads America, stepping into the role of lead director for "She Leads Hawaiʻi."
Global Collaboration: As she begins to build this movement across the islands, Michele is deeply grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Liz Doyle and an inspiring network of high-level leaders representing other states and nations.
The Outcome
Because this position was just recently launched, this exciting journey is just beginning!
Building the Movement: Michele's immediate focus is on cultivating the local network to empower, support, and celebrate the Christian women leaders who are doing incredible work throughout the state of Hawaiʻi.
Future Vision (2027): Looking ahead, she is actively envisioning and planning an annual "She Leads Hawaiʻi" event, with hopes of launching the inaugural gathering in 2027 to officially honor and elevate the women transforming Hawaiʻi.
