The Organization
Hanalani Schools is a private Christian school on Oʻahu, serving students from the early grades through high school. Because Bible instruction is a graded subject across the school, curriculum choices here carry significant weight as both academic and ministry decisions.
The Engagement
Michele and Releasing Generations have built a long and active working relationship with Hanalani.
Parent Workshops: The school has frequently invited Michele to lead workshops for parents, focusing on connecting with their children, nurturing creativity, and fostering a "dream big" environment at home.
Student Assemblies: She was a featured speaker at Hanalani's Christian Emphasis Week, where she led two impactful youth assemblies.
Staff Training: In 2025, Releasing Generations conducted dedicated equipping workshops for the school's staff.
Curriculum Piloting: Hanalani is currently piloting both the Brave & Beautiful and Brave & Bold curricula with their secondary students this year. This initiative champions the core mission and vision of the Brave Series while directly empowering their youth.
The Outcome
Active Pilot: The Brave Series pilot program is currently underway and actively running at the school.
